Joy Nugent spent three decades as a private palliative care nurse deeply connected with people who were in the last phrase of life. For Joy the end of her thirty-year marriage to a prominent orthodontist was the beginning of a life of service. Following her active professional life, she founded the charity Soul Talks and is an inspiration to many.
