Matthieu Dubreucq is a coach. All his life, he has been trying to push his body and mind to the maximum. From the age of nine to twenty-nine years old, he was a competitive sailor and represented Canada at the World Championships in two boat classes. Since 2007, he has been a CrossFit coach. He is passionate about helping athletes regain control of their health and achieve the performance they desire. Now a father of two daughters and one son, he is becoming more and more involved in helping kids understand how they can take care of their own body with physical activity. He loves moving for a purpose. And what is better than moving and using the movements our ancestors evolved to do? Matthieu est un entraineur. Depuis toujours, il pousse son corps et son esprit au maximum dans tout ce qu'il entreprend. Entre neuf et vingt-neuf ans, il a fait de la voile de façon compétitive, représentant le Canada plusieurs fois aux championnats du monde. Depuis 2007, il est entraineur de CrossFit. Sa passion est d'aider ses athlètes à reprendre le contrôle de leur santétout en atteignant leurs objectifs de performance. Maintenant papa de deux filles et d'un fils, il est de plus en plus investi dans le développement de l'activité physique chez les jeunes. Il adore bouger pour les bonnesraisons. Quoi de mieuxque de bouger en utilisant les mêmes mouvements que nos ancêtres?
