The present book is an attempt of a research approach to the mentorship, an idea that has been introduced in many educational systems of the world since the 1980s in order to support the smooth integration of newly appointed teachers into the educational reality. Autorenporträt
S. Savvas graduated from the Dept. of Primary Education of the Univ. of Thessaly and, since 2004, has been working as a teacher in regional and island primary schools in Greece. In 2013, completed a Master of Education program in the H.O.U. Now, he is a postgraduate student in the Master's program «Digital and Soft Skills in Educational Sciences».
