The dilemma is how to address the DRC's HIV/AIDS situation, knowing resources are limited (i.e. What might have the most positive impact and thus where to start?). Two key parts of the solution are to educate all involved ranging from a single Congolese (DRC) citizen all the way to the United Nations (UN), and then to call them to action to the fullest extent of their respective capabilities. Therefore, this paper presents a quick study of the DRC that reveals the magnitude of the potential challenges.
