R. Curtis Venture was born in the United Kingdom in the late Seventies. His first great passion was for science fiction, both in books and on the screen, and he spent his childhood years imagining other worlds. Originally a graduate of Applied Biology, he is through an unlikely but plausible series of circumstances now employed full-time in the legal sector.

When not consumed with a creative binge, his free time is mostly spent hiking up mountains and through forests, camping in the wilderness, reading widely, or working towards the current milestone of 2,000 films watched.
