At different times in his colorful career, Dick Abel was a coach, a public affairs professional for the Air Force and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and a real general's general. His book, Football, Flying & Faith is a glimpse into one of America's most unforgettable and loved figures of our time. With an unwavering faith in God, General Abel continues to speak at events and conferences where people are challenged and motivated to also live life to the fullest. The military veteran is a former President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and served also as Director of Military Ministry for Campus Crusade for Christ. He has authored two books on leadership: The DNA of Leadership and GPS for Leaders of Excellence.
