Charles Goddard, licenciado en arquitectura, diplomado en arquitectura (con honores), licenciado en derecho civil, RIBA, MAPS, MAPM, FRSA, FCIArb. Profesor de la Universidad Estatal de Derecho de Moscú que lleva el nombre de O. E. Kutafin. Charles es un experimentado árbitro y abogado de la construcción, testigo experto y director de proyectos de construcción que trabaja en el ámbito de la construcción internacional a gran escala.
