Life was good until a young woman showed up at the door and a misunderstanding between Ernestine and Eric suddenly ended their budding relationship. Ernestine fled to London where she found a job in an art gallery and worked there as assistant for several months. Reconnecting with her childhood friend and meeting his real dad, she was torn between two countries and two men.
