Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against Nature. When enough sins have accumulated, illnesses will suddenly appear. -Hippocrates There are grave truths behind Hippocrates' quotes, and the majority never hear or think about them. They are such a summary of the basics of medicine that have stood the test of time for almost 2500 years. Humans as a species have not changed all that much since Hippocrates, but our environment has dramatically. The advent of technology and biotechnology is growing exponentially today, but the human body, though amazing, is not. Don't Wait Until You're Sick is a testament to these ancient healings, that can prevent at the same time. Fasting, essential oils, cannabis, and medicinal mushrooms are all natural medicines that have the same relevance today as they did centuries ago. Autorenporträt
Aaron Grosskopf Aaron is a Seattle native and at the start of grammar school, his father relocated the family to Napa, California. While growing up in the valley of food and wine, Aaron found his way into a kitchen at his first job with Kinyon Catering. Cooking would become desirable after high school and next, he found himself a student at Napa Valley Cooking school. Upon graduation, Aaron worked at various restaurants in Napa, San Francisco, and New York City, under prestigious chefs in restaurants such as Domaine Chandon, Rubicon, Jardinere, 5th Floor, and the world famous Per Se. Early in his career, he ventured to Europe and staged at one star Michelin restaurant Pier Orsi, in Lyon, France. Aaron then took another path and jumped into the private chef field in San Diego before moving back home to the Bay Area and San Francisco. During this time, a new desire came to the surface - natural health. Independently, he began this new path while still cooking, researching and studying alternative treatments. After using these methods in his own life, he began to reap the benefits and see others who were having the same successes. Then it came time to develop some street cred and put to use everything he learned over the years. He discovered IIN, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He took the Health Coach Training program and graduated as a Certified Health Coach. As of this writing, Aaron is still cooking as a private chef with mobile gaming company Supercell, which has supported him in his pursuit to help others heal naturally. While working with clients as a health coach, the urge to write a book became strong. He wanted to share what he believes are tools anyone can use to turn their health around on their own, naturally. With that urge, Don't Wait Until You're Sick became a reality. He hopes you can use this information to your benefit and the benefit of others. "Are your actions getting you closer to your goals?"
