Data was collected as part of the inaugural Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership and examined the specific demographic (gender, race, year in school) and involvement factors that served as the most significant predictors of high scores on a test of student leadership development.

Autor

Dave is the Assistant Director at the Leadership Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dave received his PhD in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University, and also has earned an MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University and a BS in Psychology from Binghamton University.
