Barbara Barone is an Italian researcher specialised in Chinese economic and social affairs. She holds a master's degree in Development Studies and a PhD in Agrifood Economics and Statistics. With her expertise in policy analysis and evaluation, she contributed to the work of the OECD,the European Commission and the Institute of Development Studies.
