This was a prospective study carried out over a period of six months from March 2018 to August 2018 on Brain computed tomographic findings of 100 hypertensive patients presenting with clinical features of haemorrhagic stroke. Patients with small volume haematoma were predicted to have sixty times chance of survival than those with moderate and large volume haematoma (OR = 0.6 at 95% CI: 0.72 - 4.75; p = 0.62). Haematoma sites was found not be statistically significant predictor of mortality (OR = 1.5 at 95% CI: 0.87 ¿ 1.52; p = 0.32).
