Meanwhile, in another part of town, the dirt is moving on the grave of Vincent Smythe's mother after he'd used some of the fertilizer on his garden. Now, another recently dead person is craving to eat the living. Mike O'Sullivan and his small group of police officers need to work out why people have suddenly been attacked in separate parts of town, but the victims are waking up again as Undead monsters inside the hospital.
