The Author is a distinguished scholar with LL.M.,Ph.D, and UGC(PDF) in Law from Andhra University. With 16 years of extensive experience and has published over 40 papers in international and national journals and published 5 books with international publishers. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor and the HOD of Law at VISTAS, Chennai.
