Stephen Miller is a Scotland-based writer (with a focus on country music) who previously practiced as a lawyer. He has written a well-received study of Dolly Parton ('Smart Blonde: Dolly Parton') as well as the critically acclaimed 'Johnny Cash: The Life of an American Icon', both released by Omnibus.
