Autorenporträt
Martin Strohmeier, Ph.D. (1984) in Islamic Studies, University of Freiburg, habilitation (1994) at University of Bambert, is Professor of Turkish Studies at the University of Cyprus, Nicosia. He has authored four books and numerous articles on the history of the Ottoman Empire and Modern Turkey.
