Dr. M.Muthyalu has obtained Ph.D. degree in rural development from Srikrishna Devaraya University, Ananthapur, India. He worked in different institutions in the field of Rural Development and cooperative sectors. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
