Ms Masuda Kamal is an Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Public Administration, Comilla University, Bangladesh. She did her BSS (Hons), MSS & M Phil degrees in Public Administration. She is now about to complete her Ph D from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Including two books she wrote a number of articles in the reputed journals.
