Bodegraven is a town and municipality in the western Netherlands,
in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area
of 38.50 km of which 1.02 km is water. The municipality of
Bodegraven also includes the communities Meije, and Nieuwerbrug.
Bodegraven is centrally located in the Green Heart of the Randstad,
roughly equally distant from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and
Utrecht. It is surrounded by the municipalities: Nieuwkoop,
Woerden, Reeuwijk, Boskoop, and Alphen aan den Rijn.
