Schlampigste Digitalisierung, Inhalt öde, langatmig und ohne Highlights.
Teurer Fehlkauf.

Nach der Druckausgabe von City of Masks hatte ich mich auf eine ebenso gut geschriebene Fortesetzung gefreut - Fehlanzeige.

Man arbeitet sich durch, stößt gelegentlich überraschend auf ein, zwei gute Seiten - aber von dramatischem Aufbau und Spannung keine Spur.

Außerdem ärgert jede einzelne Seite durch Tippfehler, sinnlosen Fett- oder Kursivdruck, falsche Zeichen, unterschiedliche Schriftgröße... als hätte jemand die erste Fassung unkorrigiert aus Hechts Computer gezogen und sie hier teuer vermarktet.

So etwas findet man gedruckt normalerweise auf Wühltischen als Mängelexemplar für 2,50, oder bei Jokers Restseller.

Null Sterne wären auch gerechtfertigt.
